Responsible for RAL's aviation weather programs with the FAA, NASA, NOAA, and DoD.

Professional Interests

Professional interests include interaction with the aviation weather user community to define needs and programs; interaction with the sponser community to find ways of funding programs; and interaction with the research community to define research activities to develop appropriate science and technology solutions to meet the user needs.

M.S. in Applied Mathematics, Northwestern University, 1970
